Splitting your GiftRound between multiple recipients

We make it easy to split a GiftRound into as many eGift Cards for as many recipients as you would like.  To keep track of each eGift Card, make sure to add the recipient's name, even if you're sending it to the organiser's email.

If combining purchases from the store and a bank transfer, request a bank transfer for the remaining balance of a collection after you've made your purchases from the GiftRound store.

If you're the organiser of a GiftRound and need to resend an eGift Card, pop it over to a different email, or download it—no problem!

Here's how you do it:

  • First, log in to your account and head to 'My GiftRounds'—you'll find it right at the top of the screen.
  • Next, select 'Manage' on the GiftRound collection you're working with.
  • Then, from the 'Manage GiftRound' dropdown menu, pick 'View purchase'.
  • From there, you can resend, redirect, or download the eGift Card—quick as you like.Simple as that!

If you are splitting your GiftRound between more than 6 recipients, contact support@giftround.co.uk and we can divide your GiftRound in the way that best suits you.

For example, some people choose to organise whole school GiftRounds, year group GiftRounds, or class GiftRounds and then split the amount collected as they wish between teachers and other staff members.

You can let us know how you'd like to split it

E.g. 10 x £20 John Lewis eGift Cards and 5 x £40 GiftRound FlexCards.

(Just bear in mind that GiftRound FlexCards can only be bought in increments of £5)

Let us know how you'd like the collection split four to five days before you need the vouchers, and we can manually order them for them and send them across on a spreadsheet with URL links to each voucher for you.
