I haven't received the eGift Card I ordered!

It's okay; you can resend eGift Cards, send to an alternative email and download all from your GiftRound dashboard.

Simply log into your account

  • Select 'My GiftRounds' at the top of the screen
  • Click 'Manage'
  • From the 'Manage GiftRound' drop down menu choose 'View purchases'
  • You can then resend vouchers and download as needed

eGift Cards are delivered from the email address support@giftround.co.uk. ย If the eGift Card can't be found right away, it might be hiding in a junk folder.

To help as quickly as possible, be sure to tell us the name of the GiftRound and the organiser's name.
