Our collection end dates are super flexible to meet your group's needs.
You can reopen closed collections for last-minute contributions, extend a GiftRound if you need a little more time or end if early if all contributions have been made.
Simply, log in to your GiftRound account and click 'My GiftRounds' in the top right, then select 'Manage' on the collection and 'Manage GiftRound' from the drop down menu.
To reopen a GiftRound:
- Click 'Extend GiftRound' and enter the new date
- Confirm by pressing 'Extend GiftRound'
To extend a GiftRound:
- Click 'Edit GiftRound'
- Change the end date and click 'Save & publish'
To end a GiftRound:
- Click 'End GiftRound' and 'OK'
A GiftRound will end at midnight on the date specified.
When a GiftRound ends, extra contributions can’t be added, and the organiser can now enjoy choosing from our huge range of spending options for their recipient.
